Appointments
Insurance information and ID numbers are necessary when calling for first appoinment. The first appointment will be for a full examination. Dr. Morgan will take the appropriate radoigraphs for this visit. Additional appointments such as cleanings, fillings, and etc. will be made after this appoinment on an individual basis.

Insurance and Billing
We encourage all patients and future patients to call our office for specific questions regarding their insurance.

Assignment of Benefits: This is for patients with insurance coverage where the office of Dr. Morgan will file for procedures with your insurance carrier and be paid by the carrier. This relieves the patient from paying in full and waiting for insurance to reimburse them.

Out-of-Network: Certain insurance plans allow patients out of network benefits, choosing a provider not on their list. Often the difference in fees is a small difference for the patient.

Pre-Determination: For certain procedures, a patient may want to ask for a pre-determination from the insurance company to know approximately what insurance will cover. This saves the patient from having a procedure denied by the Insurance Company and the liability of the entire fee.

    Financing Options
    Debit, Visa, and MasterCard as well as personal checks are accepted. For those with insurance, assignment of benefits (see Insurance and Billing) which are also accepted. Remaining balances are due at the time services are rendered. In the event of large cases, Dr. Morgan's staff will work as hard as they can to help.
